Our 4 programs: Power, Fit, Flow and Shape are designed for you to develop muscular and cardiovascular strength, improve flexibility and build muscle definition at the same time.

The BARE training is all about making use of what's around you to train yourself. We show you how to train with your own body anywhere, anytime, be it urban or nature.

We bring together our 4 signature programs to create the BARE experience, different mix of programs each session. You can expect a complete body weight workout with a combination of HIIT, calisthenics, movement and strength training exercises.
