Founded by 4 fitness devotees in the fields of: Interval training, calisthenics, movement and strength training exercises, BARE is put together as a cross training program merging these 4 elements into 1 training experience. Power, Fit, Flow and Shape are the 4 programs we created based on experiences in our fields.

Our programs are designed to provide the ultimate bodyweight training experience for you, whether it is a weekday evening / weekend afternoon, group training or as an individual.

BAREPOWER™

Calisthenics mixed with high-intensity interval training; high energy plyometric-based workout. Increase speed and maximises calorie burn. Speed, strength, sharpness.

BAREFIT™

Obstacle-racing-inspired workouts. Full body interval training. Functional core workout for cardiovasular fitness. Designed to make you perform like an athlete.

BAREFLOW™

Dynamic movement training. A combination of animal flow and agility trainings that build strength, coordination and flexibility.

BARESHAPE™

Physique defining program. A mix of resistance, mobility and circuit training. Build strength and amplify muscle definitions.
