Mixing resistance training, mobility exercises and circuit training, SHAPE specifically targets a set muscle group of the body whether it is the core, the arms or the lower body with exercises such as weighted lunges, squats and planks. Designed to improve muscular strength, enhance mobility and amplify muscle gain, SHAPE is the program for you to learn more about your own body, correct muscular imbalances and turn your weaknesses into your strengths.

Combining athleticism with aesthetics, Karis is on a mission to deliver functional fitness with an emphasis on physique.

Having previously limited her body conditioning experience with a strict rugby and swimming regimen only, she has been progressively transitioning her training to include yoga, mobility, calisthenics, weight and cardio HIIT. This led to a transformation in her own outlook, performance and physique.

Guided by her unique journey, Karis brings to the BARE team, a passion to help others reach their own goals in achieving optimal performance and attractive aesthetics with BARESHAPE.
