Monday & Thursday 7:30 - 9pm
Saturday / Sunday 9:30 - 11am

Hong Kong Park Olympic Square (Monday) / Victoria Park (Thursday) / Quarry Bay (Saturday or Sunday)

We train in the urban jungle every Monday and Thursday evening. We train uphill in our own BARE jungle every weekend (Sat or Sun).

BARE bootcamp combines 2 (of the 4) BARE programs (Power, Fit, Flow and Shape) into a 90 minute training session.
